We only sell items that have been tested and are in stock so there is no waiting once you place your order. Your order will ship within three business days after payment is received.

A 5.5% Wisconsin Sales tax will be added for Wisconsin residents.

Returns are allowed for item exchange or upgrade if made within 10 days. Buyer pays return shipping fee.

Shipping Policy

Wolf River Coils only sells what we have in inventory, so unless otherwise posted on our web site, your purchase usually ships within 3 business days. Shipping rates are for US shipping only.

Due to the new surcharges for packages exceeding 22 inches in length, USPS shipping fees outside of the United States have increase.

We use USPS Priority shipping or USPS Ground Advantage for US deliveries. USPS Priority shipping usually delivers within 3 days, however, they do not guarantee 3-day delivery, Ground Advantage usually delivers in 4 days, but again this is not guaranteed.

With the recent USPS surcharge for packages over 22 inches, Wolf River Coils may use UPS to ship your purchase to keep postage cost to a minimum.

Due to our remote location, we can only ship UPS on Tuesday and Fridays most weeks.

If you require expedited shipping or wish to use a different carrier, contact Wolf River Coils before making your purchase and other shipping arrangements can be made.

Warranty

Products manufactured by Wolf River Coils are warrantied for one (1) year from the date of purchase. All other products other than coils are warrantied for 60 days against manufacture defects and workmanship. Customer pays for shipping of replacement product.

The warranty includes all coils, the Odophone mounting bracket, the TIA tripod and the Portable Vertical.

Warranties are not transferrable.
